Exhaust

i need to follow up with this and decide what i'm going to do with regards to the car's exhaust system...i have a 2.0L exhaust manifold and this system would fit well with that application...i also have a set of headers that are currently fitted to the rebuilt M10 engine and its likely the system i'll fit to the car...i wonder if its possible to buy separate specific components of the exhaust system that the Old Man sells is possible..

exhaust: 1976 Early rear valance

notice the muffler opening on the early 1976 318...the rear valance on this little jem is further towards the center of the car...the muffler end pipe is also bent and is another unique feature of the early model car...

compared to...the later styled muffler placement...

and the 6 cyl 323i dual exhaust below...

E21 BMW 320i stock exhaust manifold and heat shield

Stock exhaust manifold off a 1982 BMW 320is. Manifold is in good condition just a bit of rust. It will come with the heat shield as seen pictured and most of the hardware. I also will include the oxygen sensor but I am unsure as to whether or not the oxygen sensor works or not, it was never plugged in when it was on my car. This manifold likely fits other BMWs with m10 engines.

a direct replacement with no alteration to the 2L's exhaust...discussed on the forums as a direct replacement for a cast OEM header...interesting fact for those looking....
