interiors, and sound deadening mats...


the interior noise and sounds within the car's cabin is always at issue...
below is what i did in an attempt to deaden some of the engine and road noises...

some insightful comments on the forums....''back when Dynamutt first came out, our trim shop suppliers started selling it. One of the first marketing tools they had consisted of two one quart paint can lids, one with a postage stamp sized piece of dynamutt and one without. They had them set up like a gong, with a clapper and you could test the difference in the sound.  I hate to be that guy, but you don't need to cover the whole panel. Just a little on each will do fine to dampen any sympathetic resonance.''

 
 
 this is how far into the engine bay that i place the matting...the idea was to protect the body from the heat given off by the header...
