ireland engineering - toe and camber

in discussions with ireland engineering over the years, i know that when jeff is explaining the nunances of their eccentric toe and camber adjustments he discusses the possibility of 'tac' welding them in place so that movement stops...this is obviously in part due to customer feedback....this is what ireland has modified their toe and camber adjustments to  look like...clearly, this would stop the gradual movement after the item is installed...
